i was thinking the other day while on this site. who really takes this part of the forum seriously? What i mean is, who gets so angry after being on this site that they stew for days and stay awake at night thinking about the fight they got in online with an opponent? confess!!! you know who you are. laugh me, i like to brawl as much as the next guy and throw out a zinger or two but i figure in the end my opinion is no more better or worse than any one else's and it's just that...an opinion

Debate is healthy, and the freedom of expression is just one of the reasons America is great! Day V. Night, Heaven V. H ell, Up V. Down, Ying V. Yang, Chutes V. Ladders: the beat goes on!

I personally have found or learned to not take opposing views and comments so seriously. I enjoy good discussion and what fun is it to argue with someone that agrees with you, eh?

Bob

thats why after posting a few times at the start i just sat back and enjoyed the feedback. as a union rep in the power genaration industry i hear both sides more than i care, but, and im repeating myself. these new plants, and the plants being updated are capable if being built well within the government guidelines. just for argument sake check out how much water an ethenol plant uses? sorry boilerguy, dont mean to pick on your livelyhood.

You arn't picking on me. It's a well known fact that Ethanol plants use a lot of water. After that the facts get skewed. Some plants use very little as they have incorporated zero discharge technology. Others use a lot, and many are in the middle of that scale.

The MPCA and the Fed EPA are starting to put the Ethanol industry in their spotlight.......big time.

Not trying to steal the thread. Coal is good if done properly.

Carry on.
