Would love a bit of advice from anglers in the Park Rapids area. What has been working for you in getting walleyes to hit? Crankbaits, jigs, lindyrigs, ect? Thanks for any insight.

All we could get them to hit was jigs with big twister tails last weekend.

what my results were was a jig and minnow on one lake and a live bait presentation on the other ones i fished. i accually fished only 3 lakes so far, i used a leech and the best results has been a spottail shinner. i have found them in 10ft but now i'm in 13-14ft but there is small coontail and its green and i believe the fish are associating to the green vegitation, this is on a big flat and pretty sandy, the water temp on the last lake was 48.2 the few we put in the livewell was chucked full of perch and minnows. i been using fairly good size shinners as all the bait fish you know are of last year so i,m trying to duplicate or think i am the size they are associated with now
