I will have to do some looking into these triple grips hooks, Have never used them, all i have used is the sure set hooks, What do you guys think are the best crank bait hooks are? (sorry of topic but had to ask) laugh

My first choice is the excalibur counter rotating trebles.I also like the EWG Gamakatzu's but the standard round bend treble is hard to beat.

Ike- again, this is only my opinion, I think that with the shape of the hook you get a lot of hooks that go in and back out of the fish, only being held by a flap of skin.. Which then pulls out! At least thats what happened to me...


I really like the VMC Vanadium treble hooks, they have a good round bend, are sharp, inexpensive... all good qualities to me.

every crank i get i replace the last treble hook with some kind of good ones because that is the hook that holds my fish most of the time! HAHa
