Anyone know of any decent places to shore fish in the Brooklyn Park area. Thinking of trying on the Mississippi, possibly under the 694 overpass. Not too picky on species, just wanna get a little action

Try Mill Pond in Champlin, I have caught a few decent Nothern there and Lanes True Value right on 169 sells bait.

If you actually want to catch fish, stay away from me. If you just want to cast a lot or drown bait, let me know. I haven't had much time but now that little league is done, I hope to get out more.

Coon Rapids Dam on the BP side.As good a spot as any on the river for the BP area.
