yes, will need a motor and tranny. it has never been on a track. It was built for enduro, I was building a sportsman. I am not sure what the endor rules are for motor mounts radiators and things like that. I need to look but I think I have two engins to go along with it. they are both blown but could be fixed and ran. I also have a rodchester carb and a couple of sets of a-arms to go along with it. I use to dirt track race in Slayton but just got to be to spendy to pound out dents every week. I am located in the lake Shetek area about an hour north of Worthington, MN.
