there have been alot of people out there in the last two weeks, i didnt get the boat in tell saturday i had work to do around the house, hate workin on the house and lookin out the window and seen people fishin. the water temp this weekend was between 43-52. i think the lake is about 2-3 weeks late we couldnt even get one of them northerns to bite trolling around. now that the boat is in the water and on the lift ill be fishing after work. havent heard any reports from anyone, havent seen people pullin them in either.

I might decide to go here instead of the chisago chain on wednesday. If I do, I'll provide a report. Will be after pike of course, but how have the walleye been doing since they've been stocking them? It's been a long while since I've been here.

I think I'll give carnelian another week to warm up a bit and hit a smaller shallower lake this week instead.
