Just woundering if anyone can give a some suggestions on cleaning pannies, or a trick they have used to clean the little buggers. The old spoon scaleing method is hard on my fingers.

Clean them just like you do your eye's. Electric knife down behind the gills, turn it and go down the spine and belly to the end of the tail, flip over the fillet and cut the meat off of the skin. Tilt the knife around the bones and you have some tasty sunnies! grin
