How has the bite been out there lately? Moving back home from school and ready for warmer weather and will be hitting the water as soon as i can.

Looking for the crappies and eyes. Any help would be great.

Im headed out there today but unfortunately I wont be fishing for eyes or slabs.

I was out on Green opening morning.

We couldn't find any crappies, but did manage a 16" and 18" walleye.

Both came out of 9-11 feet if water on the north end lindy rigging with a crawler.

Going to try again for crappies next week.

I usually fish Green quite a bit during the winter and have had good luck with crappies and walleye, but I still haven't found much that works in the summer.

I live within a 1/2 mile of Green. Drove by today and there wasn't a boat to be seen out there. Must not be too good or people don't take off fridays to go fishing anymore.

It was windy as HLLLL today. That may have kept some people away.

Wednesday night the lot was full and there were 5 trailers parked on the road.

Anyone having luck with Pike on green yet? Bass seem to be out in small numbers but I havent been able to catch a pike yet. Temps were 57-60 yesterday.

Not to tell anyone thier buisness, but AVOID PARKING ON THE ROAD @ GREEN LAKE!!!!

The lake association must donate a lot of $$$ to the sherifs office, because they ticket and tow more trucks at green than any other in the county. And dont think they wont tow you with a trailer, they will.

Someone had to pay for the signs. There are a lot of highend homes in that area. Coincidence??? I dont think so. I wont say how, but I have spoken to people on both sides. The lake association doesn't like that they are the most popular lake in the county. And the county makes a point to go there and ticket on the weekends. It is a cash cow.

I was out at green today working all day and people were still parking on the road. no sheriff came out and ticketed them but i did see the isanti sheriff boat out and go check boat registrations.

yea talking to some of the boaters out on green, some of them do not like how the access is setup and complain that there are not enough parking spots. i mean it is kinda true but what can ya do. heck i may have talked to some of you today when i was working and prolly inspected your boat. lol.

Northerns starting to bite at least on Green yet? Or bass? Anything? LOL

it is starting to get a bite but slowly. i have heard of guys catching bass quite a bit, i havent heard anything about any northerns and heard a lil bit about the eyes.
