My time has arrived!!

FM readers posters on the Vermilion Forum, My time has come to return to the area that I was born and raised in. My new home in Pike Bay is done all utilities are hooked up and ready to go, so it's time that I say "so long to Minneapolis" and move to my new home on the lake. Just thought I would let some of the locals know that I am on my way.
I have decided to take the summer off prior to looking for some partime work for something to do. Life is good.
58 years young and kind of retired, it feels really great.
Hope you all have the same kind of opportunity that I have had, as life is way to short to work work work. Take care all and hope to see you all out on the lake sometime. Until then.
Regards to all and I will not post again for some time.

Congratulations and a jealous "man you're one lucky guy" from me... I'd love nothing more than to do the same thing in 25 years or so... guess I better start saving my $$... or win the Powerball.. LOL

My family's cabin is also on Pike Bay... later this year, if you see an older Crestliner, dark blue with white, and EXPLORER (it's big enough to read from a distance...) on the side, it's most likely me... stop by and say hello if you get a chance

Welcome Darrell and congrats! I will be joining the ranks up there permanently in just a few years myself. I can only imagine how you must be feeling right now....
I don't think we've formally met yet, but hope to meet you over a beer at Cliff's one of these days.
Save a fish or two for us slow pokes who haven't had a chance to get up there yet!
