I used one last weekend on the Mississippi it worked well in the current caught some fish on it but in a lake it might be a different story you have to go fast enough for it to shake but with the current that was easy but once your in lake I think you would have to be going pretty good clip to keep it moving but I can see it being a success this next summer its something different from everything else.

I plan on using them this weekend on a rod while the other guy is trolling a rap. I'll use a Shake' on a bottom bouncer with an Alive minnow....At least that is my plan anyways.

I would imagine that they would work well when the eyes are in an active mood, or you've got some current. Other than that, I think it might be a little early for the shake-e-blade. They do look like they'd produce though.
