sorry if this topic has posted before. i just started watching the metro area forum. im looking for someplace in the cities that sells non-oxy gas? hwy 169 up to mille lacs has it everywhere and next weekend im planning a trip there. however, minnetonka has become very appealing because of its structure, size and availability. it also sounds like if someone puts in the time, they are going to catch some nice fish. with the cost of getting there compared to the cost of getting to mille lacs (my favorite lake), its looking better all the time.

regards,
minnesotatuff

The Sinclair on Highway 120 (Century or Geneva Ave) south of 94 has non-oxy gas.

There's also a Marathon right down from the Sinclair that has it as well.

Theres a BP down by the Eden Prairie center that has it also. I think it is a BP, but it is a green sign, just down by the Cub store.

You can still get it but you have to shop around for it. What part of town do you live in? It would help if we knew so we can steer youo to the closest station selling it?

I think that there is a station on Hennepin between 35w and central that sells it. Actually its on the corner of Hennepin and Buchanan, pretty close to 280 and como.

The Minnesota Street Rod Association has a nifty resource for non-oxy gas....

MSRA list of stations selling non-oxygenated fuel

I think there's a gas station on Hennipen just west of 280 that sells it. It's an older sinclair station. Not sure if it's sinclair, but it's an older white station on the north side of the road. If memory serves me right, it's right before 35W

Two places in the Minnetaonka area - Christmas Lake Rd and Hwy 7 (also sells bait) and the Holiday on the northeast corner of Shoreline Dr and Hwy 19 in Navarre (next to the Culvers). The Holiday is really close to the North Arm and Maxwell accesses.
