did the new two line pass yet

Not that I am aware of... I wouldn't hold my breath, I doubt it will be something you see passed this session.

I don't know why they don't pass it, it dosen't hurt anything. in my opinion

The last I heard, it was moving through quite swiftly. It just might pass this year.
There is a thread in the outdoor discussion forum with updated info.

There is still some of that old school thought out there that "this is my lake and these are my fish." They fish with 2 poles or more and take multiple limits whenever they can. That philosophy is still alive today, though not as widely held as 20 years ago. These people also do not pay attention to size restrictions or other rules. Education is the key, If we allow 2 lines, they will fish with 4. I am not saying that anyone that posted to this forum fits that category. Just the fact, that mentalitiy is still there today.

we can fish with up to 33 lines, I wounldn't try it myself, but, I do fish with 2 lines & we have a size limit (9"-10"), and the wardens do check, as far as limits I very seldom take the limit. When the fish are hitting you can't keep up with 2 lines or more.

I don't think anything has changed as of it!

So now that the legislation is over does anyone know what past for this rule?

I believe it was taken out at the later moments of the session.
