anyone have any luck on opener? I ended up with 2 in 4 hours in the morning. It was pretty tough and cold. both 18 inchers on a jig and leech. got enough for supper and decided to take off and fish a warmer day.

Not heard too much from the Duck yesterday. With the rain (and snow) we decided not to venture out. Heard that Upper Red was going fantastic yesterday with plenty of walleye and the last couple of days a lot of crappies have been reeled in, so not sure which lake to hit first. Woodman, did you make it out on the Duck for opener? Anyone hit Island?

Camped at the campground at the east side, and only managed to fish for maybe 2 hours on saturday before getting soaked and cold. Caught 2 nice walleyes.
Today fished Red, and yes, it was lights out as to be expected. What an adventure on Saturday though - it was snowing!
