All,
I was out this morning and I realized that my bags of gulp were beginning to dry out. The juice in the bottom of the bag has vanished over the winter.
Is there a way to juicen them up, or am I up the creek with a turd for a paddle?

You can buy gulp in a spray bottle...it comes in a bunch of different flavors, i'm not sure which flavor berkley uses with it's minnows. I'm going to try the garlic scent but I won't be able to get out fishing until later this week so I don't know if it's worth a [PoorWordUsage] or not. I have a couple bags that have dried up and i'm going to spray down the plastics in the bag and close it up, as long as it has a decent seal it should be fine...if the bag doesn't seal tight put them in a zip-loc baggy.

I asked at gander why I could not find the bags and they said that they weere drying out so they went to the buckets of juice. You should be able to get a bucket of gulp and use the juice to rejuice the ones from your bags.

BE CAREFUL WITH THE BUCKETS--They will also leak, especially if they go sideways. Berkley's buckets last year leaked even more than this year's version. The secret is to peel back only part of the top and when you screw the top back on peel it over. This will make a better seal and prevent the leaking.
Believe it or not, Berkley spent something like a million dollars on the packaging mold for the product. I'd be [PoorWordUsage] if I was the Berkley CEO who paid that much for a container that still leaks!

I lost all of the juice out of my bucket last year so I put a little water in the bucket and they seemed fine today. With the bags when they dry out I put a dead minnow and a little water in them each time I am going to use them and them take the minnow out when done fishing this gives them scent and seems to work just remember to take the minnow out or you will end up with a stinky mess.

Morelnmusky.....It's interesting that your technique works. I know that water degrades Gulp so I'm wondering if you have had any problems with your Gulp over time. The Berkley guys I talk with say never ever put water in there but I imagine if you are just slightly diluting the juice they already package it in you aren't causing to much harm.
Oh well, all I know is that I've had good luck with Gulp and while I dispute the "tops livebait" claim it comes pretty darn close! Actually, when the fish are really biting it outperforms because you don't have to spend the time to put on a new minnow/leech/crawler.

Chode2235 I use the natural color of GULP Crawlers on Tonka all the time and love them, the sunfish cant trash them like a real crawler, and I can catch several walleyes on one before I have to change it, if you have not tried them give them a try they really work,
