Made it down to the river and had a great morning, 13 fish boated and 5 eyes went in the box, just couldn't get a legal number 6, had a great time, all fish came on lindy rigs and crawlers 12-23'

Walli we should has followed you too, we fished from the Beach house to about a mile south of 94 and never even seen one walleye caught. We caught a few small mouthes, silvers and sheep head but no eyes.

No fishng today, today is a day to honor our wives and mothers after all if it wasn't for mothers we wouldn't be here! Tell your wfe and mother how much their apprecated and let them know there more important then any fish!

Thank you Walli, I to want to say Happy mothers day to all of you out there. it had been fabulous so far. my hubby took me out yeserday on the croix and we did pretty well. kept a 17 and 19 for dinner, ( nothing beats fish fry) and released quite a few more. We found it was pretty even between leeches and minnows. The key though was to keep it slow. It sure feels good to be on the water.

Walli1 - so true unless the wife and mother of your children wants to go out fishing!!! I'm in that happy place today - we're heading to Chippewa for some extended family time and to catch some of those Wissta eyes!!!

Happy Mothers Day to all!

It's not all that hard to do better than you Shane!! shocked At least your ugly mug is something to laugh at in the boat and some of the stuff you do in the boat is priceless.
