Central air and heat, full size refrigerator. Evertything is in like new condition. We are a family of four (two boys) and this unit has been very comfortable for us.

The unit is situated on an end lot and has a great view of the lake. Lake is less than 100 ft away.

There is an attached deck and a 21ft awning in which to relax under and enjoy the view of the lake. Storage shed, charcoal grill and other outdoor items all included.

Boat Lift:
Included in package is a 3600lb covered lift. The boat previously listed has been sold.

Lake Osakis is a very good Walleye and panfish lake. The fall sunfish bite is unbelievable. The size of the sunnies is hard to beat for number and consistency.

Asking price is $24,500 which includes everything including lot rent for the season.

Ok guys - have had a lot of requests for pictures, but not much feedback and my buddy who was going to buy it got the no go from his significant other. Am willing to entertain offers and will split up the package too.

Would be willing to trade either the boat, the lift, or the camper or any combo of the three for a pontoon, ATV, etc.
