We are moving and are selling our mobile home located just off Hwy 4 in the Crystal Lida Resort RV and Mobile Home park. It will be available when ever you would like it. It is an nice mobile home and we are asking $20,000 (obo). We will even pay the remainder of this year's lot rent (rent is $1625 per year).

A for sale sign is up designating the turn off of Hwy 4 as well as on the cabin. You have access to both Lake Lida and Crystal. The access to Crystal (nice little beach area) is about 60 yards? - - I haven't actually measured it. Access to Lida is a little farther (150 yards?). The owner of the RV and Mobile Home park also has a resort that is actually on Lake Lida. I had a boat slip there and was able to put my boat on my lift and use his docks (he charged $200 for the slip). The same arrangement will still exist with the person who buys my place. I also have a lift that I would be willing to hand over with a fair offer on the trailer. It isn't all that pretty to look at, but it does the job. I had my Pro V 1900 with a 200 Yamaha on it (well over 3500 pounds).

Lida is a great fishery and I will be willing to give my waypoints out to the lucky owner (nothing wrong with a little more incentive to buy it). It is a multi-species lake. I typically fish for walleyes and limited out numerous times last year and the lake never went dead (I truly don't remember ever being skunked... not that it didn't happen, but I tend to try and forget those things ).

The trailer is a 1994 Champion Trailer 14 x 70.
- It has been well upkept and was recarpeted and the interior was painted in 2006.
- It has an enromous deck on it (around 10 x 20). The deck is half shaded by a huge tree which is really nice.
- 3 bedrooms and 1 bath
- Stove, fridge, and microwave included
- Water heater/softener
- 2 window unit air conditioners both in great shape (newer)
- Furnace that can heat in the winter (there will be no water in the winter, but you could stay there... so long as you can get to the trailer (not plowed))
- The roof is shingled and has a peak

The trailer will also come fully furnished and contains the following:

- Nice kitchen table and chairs (newer)
- 2 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and a futon (sleeps 8 really comfortably ... plenty of room for a blow up matress as well)
- Pots, pans, dishes, silverwear, and block of nice knives (the block of knives is brand new)
- A full sized grill (newer)
- 2 nice recliners (newer)
- Television
- Vacuum Cleaner

I have pictures if you would like them. Buzz me an e-mail (b_kirkeby@hotmail.com) and I will e-mail them to you. If you have any other questions feel free to call me as well (701-388-5478)

Ben

The trailer is still for sale. The boat lift is gone, but the dock slip is still available for the new owner if they would like it. We just finished painting the exterior. I have added a few pictures of the trailer. We are still asking 20,000 but we are definitely willing to negotiate (we paid 20 a year and a half ago and have upgraded a few things since then). I have a ton more pictures if you would like to see them as well (bedrooms, bathroom, etc.). If you have any questions, feel free to call or e-mail me (b_kirkeby@hotmail.com 701-388-5478).

This is one of the accesses you have on Lida. If you would like the boat slip it would be on this dock (there will be another 8 foot section off to the left of the dock). It is about 150 yards (give or take) from the trailer.

This is the closest beach area from the trailer (about 60 yards). It is on Crystal and is not used very often by others.

I'd be interested in looking at your trailer. We will be up there starting the 17th of July. I looked at the resort online and they mention no pets. Does that apply only to their cabins or for you in the trailers as well? Thanks.

The owner allows pets in the trailer area. He has mentioned that he may be changing that in the future and asked me to mention that to interested people. He said that he would like to talk to them about it. He would be willing to show you around and you could talk to him about it then. Let me know when you would like to see the trailer and I will give him a call. If you would like to talk to him about the pet issue before making the trip up, his number is 218-863-8155 (Mike is him name). He is a really nice guy. You could give me a call if you have any other questions as well.
