Anyone have a report for the Morson area or Miles Bay? Thanks!

Just talked to my parents who are at the cabin in Morson. They said that the wind is breaking the ice up in the bay. I would assume that the lake is not travelable by boat yet but this wind should speed the process.

I am guessing around May 2 at 7:15am for the stretch and May 4 11:30am for the big lake.

Got an e-mail from Rough Rock Lodge up on the Winnipeg River yesterday. They said that Big and Little Sand were still frozen and they had to crunch throuh a little ice to get to the resort, but everything else was open. Brett Erickson
