Additional Note - this unit is designed to be used year round. Would make a great camper/hunting shack too!! Full retail on this unit is over $31,000 - it's a great deal!!

The buyer should love this unit, I have the same setup except with the rv/toy hauler door in the rear.

Same here...i got the 20'er with the toy door on the back. just love it. It's going to double as our summer cabin once i find a resort in the right place with the right stuff, next to the right lake...
