Bass N Spear HotSpotOutdoors Specialist Registered: 08/24/06 Posts: 9354 Loc: Chanhassen, MN	I know that we are a long ways away, but I wanted to get this rend started so we can get some ideas for the get togethers next year. I am thinking of doing one in Decemeber, and then another one in Febuary. So lets hear where everyone wants to go, and we can start to brain storm to get the two lakes out there, so this way everyone knows whats going on. I know that we had alot of different post out there talking about different things and lake, so i figured we should get a post out there that is directed right to just the lakes and the get togethers. I'll try to get there, where the Get-to Gators end up. I'll put my vote in for the Park Rapids area for the Northern Get-to-Gator. That's within striking distance for guys from Brainerd, Bemidji, DL, Walker, even the Cass Lake/Andrusia folks, etc. Plus I have a place to stay near there. Huey

merkman Sr FishingMN Family Registered: 12/16/07 Posts: 321 Loc: Earth	I was drooling over Ten Mile Lake just south west of Leech when I was browsing the satellite lake clarity maps. 20 ft + visibility!!! Then I got the rest of the story Quote: Northern pike are abundant in Ten Mile Lake and the catch rate has been historically high compared to other Lake Class 22 waters. The mean length for northern pike was 21 inches and fish up to 30 inches were sampled. Since 1997, a regulation has been in effect which requires all northern pike 20 inches or longer to be released and the percentage of northern pike greater than 20 inches has increased since this regulation went into effect.
