Just in time for open water!!!! grin Just kidding, but I am reducing the price because of the time of year. Check it out below and if you have questions, let me know.

For Sale: 2006 Ice Fishing House,14’ X 6.5’, Retractable wheels, Semi-V front, Peaked roof, 100% Solid Steel Axel-runs under entire house (not snubbed off)

Info and Pics below!

Used only 1 season. I pull this fish house with my ’96 6-cylinder Toyota Tacoma without a problem. All the options are listed below. I am selling this because I moved to South-East Minnesota and there are no lakes to use it on, and the Mississippi just does not freeze solid enough. It never left the yard this year. frown

$6,000

It looks like it has a double door in back, can you drive a 4-wheeler inside and use it as a trailer.

yes. that was the reason for the double doors. it has tie downs inside to tie down whatever toy want to haul.

Is the trailer and house factory built or did you build. The siding looks like steel sheeting and the interior plywood what is the weight of the house?

The trailer was built buy a metal smith in pine river minnesota, and the rest of the house was built buy a carpenter from the same area. I did the interior cabinets and all the accessories. the siding is steel and the interior is a wood interior groved siding (not sheets of plain plywood). i wish i new the weight of the house but i have never had it weighed. the best information i can give you is that i pull it with a 6 cyl. 1996 toyota tacoma. i have pulled it 3-4 hours one way trips with the truck without a problem. if you would pull it with a 8 cyl. i bet it would be easier yet. i hope this information helps

I'm about 90% sure I saw this house on my way up to Winnie last weekend. Just on the north side of Walker if my memory is correct.

How wide is the opening in back with double doors opened?

Will a wheeler that's 4'7" wide fit?

Thanks

Sorry for the delay on getting back to you. I believe the door width is 52 inches, so it may be a bit tight for you. I will try to get an actual measurement as soon as I can, but it may be a few days.
Thanks

Is this light enough to pull onto a lake with a 650cc 4 wheeler?

I have never tried it myself so i can not say one way or another with absolute certainty. My best guess would be yes. I would think if there was not too much snow cover, it would not be a problem, but if you get a thick snowfall, it might make it more difficult. maintaining traction would be key. the other thing would be weight distribution. if you packed the front with all your gear going out, the tongue weight might be too much for a 4 wheeler, but if you kept the weight in the back, i would think it would be good.
