I do not know the exact weight of my house the dealer says a steel sided house with ceader finish inside weights less than 3000 mine is lighter alluminum sided and panel finised. however i do have the 2 1/4 inch spindles rather than the standard 2 inch so it can easly haul a 4 wheeler or snowmobile.also keep in mind the wheels need to be properly alligned many houses are not hope this helps

stewart,the weight rating is what it will haul not the weight of the fishhouse.i believe that was your question. thanks.if i am wrong let me know.

yes the heater is vented and the v front is about 3' more total 17' If you build this fish house on line at one of the ice castle dealer web pages you can see what the actual retail price would be. this would not include my custom features and battries ect. thank you

the one set of bunks are ideal for 2 people 2 can sleep in one bed but it would have to be your significant other. room for cots would sleep 4 very comfortable.
