Crow Lake and LOW - I have gone out
fishing again and also to check on the conditions. I am happy to
report an average of 6 inches of ice on Crow. Also some of the
eastern lakes have been the same. There is fewer slush pockets now
and the snow cover is approx. 3 inches. Great for snowmobiling. The
fishing has be great with good numbers and size everyday. LOTW has
shown approx. 10 inches of ice. Snow cover is approx. 6 inches and
the slush pockets have come up good and froze. The crappies have
been biting constant but require some effort. The size has been good
also.
